Christian Horner: Staying with Red Bull for a number of years yet
Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner has agreed a "multi-year" contract extension to continue at the triple World Championship-winning team.
The 39-year-old has been at the helm of the Milton Keynes outfit since Red Bull bought and rebranded the former Jaguar team in 2005 and has since overseen a major transformation in their fortunes.
Last year Red Bull became just the fourth team in history to win three or more consecutive Constructors' Championships and Horner's ongoing presence at the team, alongside star designer Adrian Newey and three-times World Champion driver Sebastian Vettel, has been credited as a key factor in their success.
Now, just four days before the team launch the RB9 car with which they will defend both titles again, a team spokeswoman has confirmed that Horner has penned a "multi-year agreement".
