Sebastian Vettel has quelled talk that he could be bound for Ferrari in 2014 by categorically denying that he has any sort of agreement with the Scuderia.

The reigning World Champion has been persistently linked with Ferrari since the summer, when rumours that the German had committed to a pre-contract agreement with the Italian outfit first emerged.

However, speaking to Sky Sports F1's Ted Kravitz ahead of the Indian GP, Vettel insisted that the stories were untrue.

"Yes, I can deny," when asked point-blank whether could refute the speculation. "I don't have any agreement or obligation."

Red Bull themselves have also consistently rubbished the suggestions that their star driver could leave the team as early as 2014, with the speculation based on claims that Vettel's contract contains a results-based opt-out clause.

Yet, with the team apparently determined to end the rumours once and for all this weekend, team advisor Helmut Marko told reporters on Thursday that Vettel's contract for 2014 was "bullet-proof".

And speaking in the post-race press conference after extending his World Championship lead by winning Sunday's grand prix, Vettel was even more outspoken as he angrily insisted he was only committed to Red Bull.

"There's nothing, nothing to tell you, nothing I've signed. Nothing has changed. Nothing to report. As I said, I can't be happier at the moment, I'm very happy.

"As I said earlier, you don't know every single one in the team, and it's hard to speak to every single one, so if there's - sorry to say - some bulls**t in the press, obviously there might be some concerns back in the factory, but I'm 100 percent behind them as I feel they're 100 percent behind me and therefore I want to get this straight: there's nothing to report and I'm very happy at Red Bull Racing."
