In an exclusive interview filmed at Sky Studios, former Williams chairman Adam Parr talks to F1 Midweek Report host Anna Woolhouse about the highs and lows of his career in F1, his plans for the future, and how he could have acted differently in the past.

A businessman by background, Parr was seemingly poised to be Sir Frank Williams' long-term successor in leading the Grove outfit through the next decade and beyond following his promotion from Chief Executive Officer to Williams' Chairman in the summer of 2010.

But Parr's sudden departure from the team last year has sparked a dramatic career change as well as the publication of a graphic memoir, 'The Art of War: Five Years in Formula One'.

During his interview with Anna, Adam talks about becoming an author, how he looks back on his time in the sport, his hopes for Williams, and his new role as chief executive of Sported.
