Only long-term absentee Erik Edman and goalkeeper Chris Kirkland are likely to be unavailable.

Notts County manager Ian McParland will be without midfielder Adam Nowland after he was forced out of Saturday's 1-1 draw at Luton with a hamstring injury.
McParland may also see this game as the perfect opportunity to hand Russell Hoult his first action of the season.
The veteran goalkeeper is in need of match practice after returning to fitness following a leg fracture over the summer.
Jay Smith, Neil Mackenzie, Spencer Weir-Daley and Ben Fairclough, who all started the win over Doncaster in round one, could also be recalled.
