    Wales ease to win

Wales Under-21s climbed to second in their qualifying group after a comfortable 4-0 win over Andorra at the Racecourse Ground. With the senior side preparing to honour late manager Gary Speed, Brian Flynn's team put in a fine display that leaves them in a play-off place ahead of their final group fixtures against Armenia and leaders the Czech Republic. Swindon forward Bodin, son of former Wales international Paul, was a threatening presence throughout and he fired Wales into a 22nd-minute lead against the group's basement side. The 19-year-old then doubled the lead with a thunderous 33rd-minute volley to put the home side firmly in control. And things got worse for the visitors when they conceded a third goal just before half-time. David Stephens header was turned into his own net by Xavier Vieira to effectively end the game as a contest. Ryan Doble rounded the scoring off with a calm finish from a tight angle on the hour mark as Wales set themselves up for their crucial remaining qualifiers.
