Team news ahead of Saturday's League Two clash between Stockport County and Crewe Alexandra at Edgeley Park.
Stockport boss Paul Simpson will be without defender Mark Lynch for the game. The right-back suffered a knee injury in training last week and with Danny Swailes expected to miss most of the season with knee ligament injury, Simpson is struggling for defensive options. Left-back Robbie Williams serves a one-match ban after picking up his fifth booking of the season in last weekend's defeat at Northampton. On-loan Watford youngster Tom Aldred was unwell but still played against the Cobblers and looks set to feature again as struggling County seek an upturn in fortunes against their Cheshire rivals. Boss Simpson said: "It's testing us a little bit at the moment because the numbers are very, very low." Lee Bell's suspension means Danny Shelley could make his first start of the season for Crewe. Bell will miss his first league game of the campaign after he was booked for the fifth time this season during the win at Morecambe and serves a one-match ban. Shelley, who has been restricted to just two substitute appearances this season, is in contention to replace Bell in the side along with Joel Grant and Nick Powell. Luke Murphy missed training at the start of the week with an ankle injury but he is expected to be fit. Gradi has defensive problems after Chris Hussey's loan spell from Coventry was cut short by a foot injury. Patrick Ada is still nursing his foot problem and Mat Mitchel-King (hamstring) remains a doubt while Carl Martin is making slow progress in recovering from a series of ailments.
