Baggies set to land Slory

Skysports.com understands that West Brom have agreed a deal with Feyenoord for Dutch international Andwele Slory. The 27-year-old is a pacey winger, who has scored three times in eight appearances for the Rotterdam outfit this term. But the player is now set for a move to England after West Brom brokered a permanent deal for him. Blackburn had earlier been linked with his services, but West Brom boss Roberto Di Matteo now looks set to land his man. Slory is now at the Hawthorns undergoing a medical and West Brom will hope to have the deal finalised ahead of their clash with Sheffield United at the weekend. Slory, who has two international caps to his name, has been with Feyenoord since the summer of 2008 when they snapped him up from their neighbours Excelsior.
