Cherries boss pleased with win

Bournemouth boss Lee Bradbury was delighted with his side after securing their first win on the road at Leyton Orient.

Goals from Harry Arter, Wes Thomas and Danny Pugh sent the Cherries on their way to a 3-1 win at the Matchroom Stadium in League One, leaving former Man City striker Bradbury with a beaming smile on Tuesday night. "We showed great character and pushed in at the right times and did a thoroughly professional job," he purred. "Having scored our opening goal, it was disappointing to concede almost straight away but it was an unfortunate goal because it took a deflection off Mathieu Baudry into the top corner. "At that time, I thought that's just our luck at the moment but we turned the corner and there was a big decision in the game with the sending-off but even when it was 11 against 11, I thought we were the better side. "We kept the ball moving, wore down the opposition and showed patience. In the end, we got what we deserved."
