Peterborough chairman Darragh MacAnthony has confirmed he expects Craig Mackail-Smith and Joe Lewis to both leave the club.

Mackail-Smith came close to joining Norwich earlier this year while Lewis was placed on the transfer list and even promotion is unlikely to keep them at Posh. MacAnthony said: "Craig has been magnificent for us for four years and by the age of 27 he deserves to be a multi-millionaire from the game. "We are not able to give him that opportunity so we will make a few quid on him and he will go on to get his just desserts - and no-one will deserve it more. "Craig knows he is leaving but still plays like every game is his first for the club. He is someone all our young kids should look up to and want to be like. He emulates everything we want at this club and hopefully he will get his 100 Posh goals and three promotions with us. "It is most likely we will cash in on Joe in the summer unless he comes to us and says that he doesn't want to be on the transfer list any longer and wants to sign a new contract."
