Midfielder Marco Donadel has joined Napoli as a free agent after deciding to leave Serie A rivals Fiorentina.
Donadel has spent six seasons with Fiorentina but his contract was set to expire this summer and he has now made the switch to Naples.
He arrives on a four-year contract and is looking forward to making a mark for his new club.
"I am very happy to wear the Napoli colours and to have the chance to play in a historic and prestigious stadium like the San Paolo," said Donadel.
"I can't wait to start this new adventure, to meet my new team-mates and be available for the coach."
The move will allow the 28-year-old to play in the UEFA Champions League next season.
Napoli qualified for Europe's elite club competition after a third-placed finish in Serie A.
