Oxford United midfielder Adam Chapman has joined Newport County AFC for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old, who spent a loan spell with the Exiles during the 2011/12 campaign, made 110 appearances for the U's after joining from Sheffield United in 2009. "Adam was with promoted champions Mansfield this season and he's a great asset to the team as he gets forward and scores goals which will fit into the style of football we want to play here next season," Exiles boss Justin Edinburgh told the club's official website. Newport also announced the signing of former Oxford winger Chris Zebroski who had been without a club since leaving Cheltenham in the winter.
