Welshman to remain at Whaddon Road for extra month

Midfielder David Pipe has extended his loan at Cheltenham Town from Bristol Rovers by one month. The 26-year-old Welshman, who has been capped once by the Dragons, will continue with the Robins as they look to climb away from the relegation zone in League Two. Pipe has made six appearances for Cheltenham since his original move in November last year, having been loaned out by the Pirates despite making 10 appearances for them earlier in the campaign. The former Coventry and Notts County player was signed on loan while John Schofield was caretaker manager and new boss Mark Yates has decided to keep him on. Pipe will now be available for the Robins for the league fixtures against Hereford, Grimsby, Rochdale and Darlington.
