Crewe Alexandra have extended the loan of Leicester City defender Harry Worley until the end of the season.
Worley joined the League Two outfit in August and his initial loan spell at Gresty Road was due to expire on New Year's Day.
However, Railwaymen boss Dario Gradi has reached an agreement with Leicester which will see the 21-year-old finish the campaign at Crewe.
The former Chelsea youngster had been a regular for Crewe in the early weeks of the season, making 11 appearances before suffering an ankle injury in October.
He featured for the first time since returning to fitness on Monday when he started the club's fixture away to Macclesfield Town.
