Rams keeper training with Brentford with view to loan move

Derby goalkeeper Lewis Price is currently training with Brentford with a view to securing a season long loan with the League One club. The 24-year-old found himself third choice at Pride Park last season behind Stephen Bywater and Roy Carroll. The Welsh international was loaned to MK Dons and Luton in order to get first team football and it appears the shot stopper will have to do the same again this time round. Lewis last played for the Rams 18 months ago in a Premier League home draw against Manchester City and manager Nigel Clough indicates that the keeper has a number of clubs willing to take him on loan. "Lewis has gone training with Brentford but there are one or two other clubs interested in him," the said. "I think he will make a decision at the end of the week."
