David Dunn is adored by Blackburn fans, having made nearly 300 league appearances for the club - but what does the midfielder love about the Beautiful Game?
Soccer AM went to find out.
Dunn gave us the lowdown on his footballing idol, the stadium he most likes playing at, what he would be if he hadn't laced up his boots - and his favourite thing about footy...
MY EARLIEST MEMORIES OF FOOTBALL ARE... getting dropped off at Blackburn Boulevard as a six-year-old and having to walk from Blackburn town centre to Ewood Park. It was such a long way!
WHEN I WAS YOUNGER I USED TO GO AND WATCH... Blackburn Rovers
MY FOOTBALLING HERO WAS... Paul Gascoigne. I thought he was an amazing talent and I still believe he is the best footballer to come out of our country
MY FAVOURITE GROUND IS... Arsenal's Emirates Stadium. We sometimes get a bit of a pumping there but it is a great ground and an amazing place to play football
THE GREATEST GAME I'VE EVER WATCHED IS... I would have to say the whole of the World Cup in 1990. That was a time when I loved football and thought England were so unlucky not to get to the final
YOU WOULDN'T KNOW I USED TO... deliver pizzas
IF I DIDN'T HAVE FOOTBALL GROWING UP I WOULD... not have a clue what I'd be doing. Maybe a joiner
IF I COULD CHANGE ANYTHING I WOULD... have tried to stay at Blackburn when I moved to Birmingham. I had a great time at Birmingham but it didn't work out injury-wise
I LOVE FOOTBALL BECAUSE... it has given me and my family so many great experiences and allowed me to visit places I never thought I would
