West Ham boss spotted meeting Turin giants

West Ham United have been linked with a number of Juventus players after manager Sam Allardyce was spotted meeting a director from the Turin club. Sky Sports Italia caught Allardyce on camera, in a meeting with Juve director Fabio Paratic on Tuesday. Allardyce was holding talks with Paratic and it is believed he was asking about the availability of a number of Juve's squad. Italian reports suggest that Big Sam enquired about striker Fabio Quagliarella, but was told he was not available. However, he it is claimed that possible moves for out-of-favour wingers Eljero Elia and Milos Krasic are being discussed. During his time with Bolton Allardyce became renowned for persuading big names to rekindle their careers under him and both Elia and Krasic would fit the bill. With Juve likely to be open to possible loan deals for both, that could pave the way for one or both to move to Upton Park. It is believed Allardyce is using his trip to Italy to meet a number of clubs with sources also claiming he has held talks with Inter Milan. Dutchman Luc Castaignos is said to be one name to have been talked about.
