Chesterfield have cut short Oscar Gobern's loan spell, with the midfielder returning to Huddersfield a week early.
The 23-year-old made three appearances for the Spireites in League One and was due to stay at Proact Stadium until November 19. However, he was not given permission to play in last week's FA Cup win at Braintree and did not feature in Paul Cook's plans for Saturday's trip to Crewe.
