Veteran striker Marvin Morgan insists he is happy to stay at Plymouth and fight for a first-team place.
The 31-year-old has been in the shadows of Reuben Reid and Lewis Alessandra of late but seized on a rare chance to start when scoring in Saturday's 2-0 FA Cup win over AFC Fylde. "I know there are teams that want to take me on loan, but I don't want to go on loan - I want to stay here," Morgan told the club website. "As you get older, you look at what's going on; Rubes and Lewi are doing well. Rubes is one of the best strikers in the league and Lewi's close behind that. "Instead of me being angry and miserable, I'm a realist. I want to play, but there is no point in me banging on the gaffer's door because the team is doing very, very well."
