Stevenage are waiting to discover the extent of the injury Ronnie Henry suffered against Barnet.
The defender hobbled off after only 15 minutes of the defeat at The Hive on Tuesday night following a heavy challenge.
The only goal of the pre-season friendly came from former Stevenage man Charlie MacDonald after half an hour when he seized on a mistake from Boro substitute Jo N'Guessan to beat goalkeeper Chris Day.
Day came into the team along with central defender Jon Ashton while midfielder Chris Whelpdale, left-back Charlie Lee and trialist striker Connor Calcutt made their first starts of the summer. Forward Calvin Zola was an unused substitute.
Stevenage are next in action at home to Millwall on Saturday.
