Currie sounds Daggers warning

First-team coach Darren Currie has warned that some Dagenham players may be 'wary' about their futures following recent displays.

The Daggers go into their final League Two fixture at Cheltenham on Saturday having lost three of their previous four matches - all of the defeats coming at home. Currie is looking for an improved display at Whaddon Road as the Londoners seek to end the season on a high with victory over the Robins. "The performances have to affect our mindset going into the summer," Currie told London24. "This is why they are given an opportunity and we know how far we have come this season, with changing the style of play and what we have asked the boys to do. "If we want to make the next step next season it is important to know we have got the right group of players and there'll be some that will be probably a little bit wary after the way they have played recently."
