Pressley pleased with point

Steven Pressley felt a point against Bradford was a good result and praised the work ethic of his side after they battled to a 0-0 draw.

Aaron Mclean and Jon Stead were denied by two brilliant saves from Sky Blues goalkeeper Joe Murphy and Adam Reach hit the crossbar with a second-half header. The Coventry chief said: "I think it's a very important point. We went into three games with Stevenage, Crewe away and Bradford, and seven points and one goal conceded is a great return. "In terms of creativity we were not our best. We were better in the second half when we starting getting players closer to Nathan Eccleston up front. "We worked on a system prior to the game, but it was completely undone due to Jordan Clarke being ruled out late on with illness. That's not an excuse but that's the situation we had to deal with. "In terms of the players' application and wanting to work for this football club - that was outstanding. I'm really, really pleased with the group. "It wasn't a brilliant performance in terms of fluency, we had a lot of possession without creating anything clear cut but it was a good, organised performance."
