Striker enjoying life at Deepdale despite relegation

Preston striker Iain Hume has pledged to remain at Deepdale in the wake of the club's descent into League One. North End finished third bottom of the table this season to condemn them to their first relegation in 18 years. But Scottish-born Canada international Hume, who arrived at the club last year from Barnsley after a successful loan stint, insists he has no intention of heading for the door in the summer. "I'm not looking to manufacture a move away," Hume told the club's official website. "I know the summer's a long time, but I'm not looking to move. "I'm enjoying myself, I'm smiling and I'm scoring goals, so there's no reason I won't be here next year."
