New Peterborough signing David Ball has admitted the club's attacking style of play lured him to London Road.

The 21-year-old signed a two-and-a-half year deal from Manchester City for an undisclosed fee moments before the transfer deadline and is expected to fight for his place in an attack which has already scored 56 times in League One this season. He said: "I like the way Peterborough play and I'm looking forward to getting started. "I was playing out of position when I was on loan at Swindon. I am a striker and I am here to play up front."
