Leyton Orient have signed Crystal Palace striker Calvin Andrew on loan until the end of the season.

Boss Russell Slade moved for the 25-year-old on the day veteran frontman Jamie Cureton headed back to his former club Exeter on a similar deal. Andrew has made nine appearances for Palace this season, scoring once in the Carling Cup win over Middlesbrough in September. He began his career with Luton and has also had loan spells with Brighton and Millwall, and is set to go straight into the Orient squad for Saturday's visit of Walsall in League One. Cureton, 36, was Exeter's player of the year in 2011 but has endured a tough season with Orient, making 23 appearances but finding the net just once.
