Plymouth boss Peter Reid is confident the club will receive international clearance for new signing Stephane Zubar.
Zubar joined on transfer deadline day, but the Pilgrims still require clearance for the 23-year-old French full-back from Romania after he played for Vaslui last season. "We're hoping it will be a formality, but obviously these things take time." said Reid in the Herald. "I'll be checking on it on Thursday too."
