Team of the week

Artur Krysiak - Exeter

The Exeter goalkeeper kept a clean sheet as the Grecians posted a 1-0 weekend win over high-flying Bradford. Exeter then followed up that success with an excellent 3-2 win at leaders Gillingham on Tuesday to climb into the play-offs.

Stephen Darby - Bradford City

The Bradford right-back returned from injury to play his part in the hard-fought 1-0 win over Plymouth on Tuesday. The Bantams were put under pressure in the second period but kept the Pilgrims out to earn a massive three points and keep their promotion push on track after Saturday's defeat to Exeter.

Ryan Cresswell - Southend United

The Southend United centre-half notched a goal in his side's impressive 4-0 win at AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday. He also played his part in the 4-1 victory at Torquay at the weekend as the Shrimpers secured back-to-back victories to sit just outside the play-off berths.

Sonny Bradley - Aldershot Town

The on-loan defender put his body on the line making clearance after clearance in the midweek clean sheet against Burton Albion, helping the Shots pick up a much needed four points following the weekend's 1-1 draw with AFC Wimbledon.

Richard Duffy - Port Vale

After playing in midfield for Port Vale's weekend 2-2 draw with York, Duffy switched to left-back for the midweek game against Bristol Rovers. He then supplied an assist and helped keep a clean sheet in what was a fine performance.

Chris Atkinson - Chesterfield

Atkinson grabbed a last-minute winner in the Spireites' 2-1 victory over Oxford United and helped make it two wins on the bounce on Tuesday after netting their opener in a 4-1 demolition of Cheltenham.

George Miller - Accrington Stanley

After managing to contain a Barnet midfield which included Dutch legend Edgar Davids on Friday night to secure a 1-1 draw, Miller's goal helped Stanley defeat high-flying Fleetwood Town 3-1 on Tuesday.

Andrew Tutte - Rochdale

Tutte scored a deserved equaliser on Saturday for Dale which sparked a comeback as his side fought back from 1-0 down to grab a 2-1 win. The midfielder was a danger all afternoon and his tenacious attitude helped gain three points.

Gavin Tomlin - Southend United

Southend's Tomlin bagged four goals as the Shrimpers moved up to eighth in the table. Tomlin proved to be a real nuisance in both games and netting two in the 4-1 demolition of Torquay on Saturday gave him the confidence to bag another brace in the 4-0 victory over AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday night.

Tom Pope - Port Vale

A hat-trick against Bristol Rovers on Tuesday saw Pope become the fastest player to reach 20 goals in a season in Port Vale's history. His three goals against the Pirates in a convincing 4-0 victory keeps Vale in the hunt for automatic promotion.

Jamie Cureton - Exeter City

Three goals from Cureton helped Exeter to two fine away wins. First the veteran netted the only goal of the game against the Bantams before he notched a brace against Gillingham to settle an enthralling 3-2 win.
