Ray Wilkins, Niall Quinn and Chris Coleman are the guests on this week's Footballers' Football Show.
The trio will be casting expert eyes over the year of 2012, which saw Manchester City seal that remarkable Premier League title in the most dramatic of circumstances.
An eventful footballing year also included Euro 2012, where Spain dispatched surprise finalists Italy with an emphatic 4-0 victory in Kiev to become the first team to defend the trophy.
In European club football, Chelsea were the headline-makers - they snatched their first Champions League crown with a topsy-turvy penalty shoot-out victory over Bayern Munich on the Germans' own turf.
Didier Drogba was the hero that night as he equalised in normal time before netting the winning spot-kick - and former Chelsea midfielder Wilkins will no doubt be particularly keen to analyse the Blues' achievements along with their prospects going into 2013.
Wilkins, Quinn and Coleman will be helping look forward to another relentless calendar year of footballing action, as City set about holding off arch-rivals United in defending their crown, Liverpool continue to rebuild under Brendan Rodgers, and Rafa Benitez attempts to cement a Chelsea challenge.
There'll be all the other major talking points of 2012 covered and any new developments along with the experts' predictions for 2013, so don't forget to tune in.
Watch The Footballers' Football Show, 10pm, Thursday, Sky Sports 1 HD.
