Rams wait on Gunners to decide on loan deal

Derby manager Nigel Clough is hopeful of agreeing a deal with Arsenal to bring striker Gilles Sunu to Pride Park on loan. The Togo-born France Under-19 international has made two appearances for the Gunners since joining Arsene Wenger's side from LB Chatearoux in 2007. Sunu made his full debut in a Carling Cup tie against West Brom in September and made a substitute appearance in the Champions League at Olympiakos in December. Clough is keen to sign the 18-year-old on loan until the end of the season to bolster his attacking options. "We are still working and waiting to hear from Arsenal on that," said Clough. "We would certainly like him in if we could, and if we could get him in before Saturday then even better."
