Crawley enlist Brazilian keeper

Crawley have signed Brazilian goalkeeper Evandro Rachoni de Lima on non-contract terms, following injury to Brian Jensen.

De Lima has spent the majority of his career playing in his homeland, but has also had spells in Angola and Ukraine. The 25-year-old recently spent time with non-league outfit London Bari and has been included in the Reds squad to face Conference South side Whitehawk in the Sussex Senior Cup on Tuesday night. Jensen suffered a dislocated thumb during the 2-2 draw with MK Dons at the weekend, when striker Matt Harrold was forced to play in goal for over 50 minutes due to no recognised replacement for the 39-year-old goalkeeper.
