Burnley goalkeepers Brian Jensen and Jon Stewart have both agreed new contracts at Turf Moor.
Jensen has signed a 12-month contract extension which will take him up to a decade of service for the Clarets.
The deal includes provision for a testimonial for the 37-year-old Dane, who has made 307 appearances for Burnley since arriving from West Brom in 2003.
Although Jensen may not be the first choice at Burnley, manager Eddie Howe believes his presence at the club is important.
"We always wanted him as part of the squad and his experience will be vital," said the Burnley boss.
"He has a big part to play in being a role model for the other players and the young group of goalkeepers we are bringing through.
"It's important to have good professionals around them.
"We were also delighted to offer him a testimonial, which is recognition of the outstanding service he has given to the club."
Not hanging around
Stewart is a player at the other end of his career and he has extended his stay with Burnley after joining the club from Bournemouth last summer.
The 23-year-old had a successful period on loan with Alfreton Town, where he helped the club retain their Blue Square Premier status.
Stewart may be allowed to leave on loan again to a Football League side to continue his development.
The former Swindon trainee is just determined to play football - whether that is at Burnley or out on loan.
"My plan is not to hang around," said Stewart. "I am going to push myself to try and get in this team or get a club on loan.
"That's what's going to happen. I don't want to waste any more time. I'm 23 now so I want to push on."
