Gills skipper definitely out of Norwich meeting

Gillingham captain Barry Fuller could miss the rest of the season as he faces surgery on a broken nose he sustained in the 3-2 win over Leeds. The midfielder suffered the injury within seconds of the kick-off last Saturday after a clash of heads with team-mate Darren Dennehy. Gills boss Mark Stimson has confirmed that Fuller will miss the weekend game with Norwich and could miss the rest of the season if the surgery is takes place immediately. He told the club's official website: "He's definitely out for Saturday. If he has the surgery done now that could keep him out for the season so we'll have to wait and see. "He'll be missed but last weekend we had to change it after a minute. The boys that came in put a shift in and I'm sure whoever plays there will give everything they've got."
