Ilkay Gundogan, Marek Hamsik, Georginio Wijnaldum, Yevhen Konoplyanka and Mario Mandzukic were among the Premier League transfer targets in the goals this weekend.

Ilkay Gundogan (Germany)
Gundogan netted the third goal in Germany's 7-0 romp over Gibraltar on Saturday night. The midfielder has been linked with Manchester United and Arsenal this summer after his Borussia Dortmund side finished a disappointing seventh in the Bundesliga and failed to qualify for the Champions League.
Marek Hamsik (Slovakia)
Napoli's playmaker has been linked with a move to one of the Premier League's elite, with Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal all reportedly eyeing up a move for the player. Hamsik netted the second for Slovakia on Sunday as they beat Macedonia 2-1 to maintain their 100 per cent record in Euro 2016 qualifying - three points clear of second-place Spain in Group C.
Georginio Wijnaldum (Netherlands)
Wijnaldum came off the bench to score a vital 67th-minute opener as Netherlands recorded a 2-0 victory away at Latvia on Friday night to keep their hopes of automatic qualification to Euro 2016 alive. The Dutch sit three points behind Czech Republic in second place in Group A. The PSV midfielder, fresh from his side's Eredivisie success last season, has been linked with a move to Newcastle.
Yevhen Konoplyanka (Ukraine)
Konoplyanka netted Ukraine's final goal in a comfortable 3-0 home victory over Luxembourg on Sunday to keep them on course for a play-off spot in Group C. The 25-year-old starred as his club side Dnipro made it to last month's Europa League final - only to be beaten 3-2 by Sevilla - and has been strongly tipped for a switch to Stoke City over the summer.
Mario Mandzukic (Croatia)
Mandzukic scored the opener on Friday night as Croatia drew 1-1 with Italy to hold onto top spot in Group H. The Atletico Madrid striker has been linked with a move away from the club after just one season in the Spanish capital with Manchester United among those linked with a move for the target man as a possible replacement for Robin van Persie.
