Vincenzo Iaquinta is doubtful for Italy's Euro 2008 qualifier against Georgia on Saturday.
The striker bruised his knee during Juventus' 1-1 draw with Fiorentina at the weekend and has been sent for a scan.
With Alessandro del Piero and Filippo Inzaghi left out of the squad by Roberto Donadoni, Iaquinta had been set to start in three-man forward line also including Antonio Di Natale and Luca Toni.

"Iaquinta has taken a blow to the knee joint and there is a bit of fluid," Italy team physician Andrea Ferretti told the ANSA news agency.
"We hope to get Iaquinta back but he must rest now. We will see if (he will be out for) one, two or three days."
Midfielder Massimo Ambrosini has also sat out training this week with a thigh problem, but is expected to be fit.
Italy captain Fabio Cannavaro is suspended for the match in Genoa.
