Argyle boss reveals on-loan defender out for two weeks

Plymouth Argyle's on-loan Manchester United defender David Gray faces a fortnight on the sidelines due to a hip injury. The Scotland Under 21 right-back missed the Pilgrims' 1-0 Championship defeat at Leicester last weekend because of the ailment and is set to miss Saturday's home game against Barnsley. Argyle boss Paul Sturrock confirmed: "David is likely to be out for the next couple of weeks. "Manchester United and ourselves had a chat about it and we feel rest will benefit the player. "The quicker we get him back totally fit the better." Karl Duguid - who has been playing in midfield - covered for Gray at right-back in the Leicester defeat and is expected to continue in that role as the Pilgrims look to get out of the bottom three.
