Former Reading midfielder Scott Davies has said he would love to join Wycombe on a permanent basis.

The midfielder played 27 times for the Chairboys in two separate loan deals in the last two seasons and is keen on a move to Adams Park after being released by the Royals. He said: "Wycombe is a big club on the up. "They did brilliantly towards the end of last season. My relationship with Gary Waddock and some of the players there is second to none. "I went to the last eight home games. My dad likes to go and watch Wycombe, being his local side. The atmosphere and the support was great. "I'd have to consider what comes up but it is one I would want."
