World Cup calling

Can the newly-named Chris Cabanga and angling ace Keith Arthur net the right results on Sunday?

Can YOU predict the results of the World Cup games?

Throughout the 2010 World Cup we'll be asking the Sky Sports experts to put their reputations on the line and tell us the outcome of the day's fixtures. But we won't just be asking the football pundits. We'll be inviting friendly faces from across the Sky Sports family to give us their thoughts on the upcoming action. And as ever, we want to hear from the skysports.com readers. Can YOU beat our pundits in our daily prediction challenge? Just fill in the feedback form at the bottom of the page and let us know your thoughts. On Day 10 we have got one of our men out in South Africa, Chris Kam... sorry Kabanga, to represent the football boys while Tight Lines' Keith Arthur stepped away from the river bank for a moment to see if he can net a right result or two.

Slovakia v Paraguay

CABANGA: Paraguay were pretty decent and moved the ball about nicely, but did lack something up front, so goals might be hard to come by. I didn't see anything from Slovakia in their first game to suggest they are as good as some people suggested and I can't see them doing anything here. Slovakia 0-1 Paraguay KEITH: This isn't easy as we don't really know much about the South Americans, even after the first game. However, they had some stunning results, albeit close ones, in the South American qualifying group and I think they'll have just too much defensively for the Slovaks. Slovakia 1-2 Paraguay

Italy v New Zealand

CABANGA: New Zealand deserved their point against Slovakia, but this will be a step too far for them. Italy got off to their usual slow start but having Andrea Pirlo fit for this one should see them improve. They are traditionally slow starters, but I expect them to pick up here. Italy 2-0 New Zealand KEITH: Italy seem a toothless tiger - maybe even a toothless, aged tabby but this is the World Cup and it is New Zealand. This isn't cricket, as they say, and I think the defending champions might have to declare at two here! Italy 2-0 New Zealand

Brazil v Ivory Coast

CABANGA: I still think Brazil are stuttering as they have been for a while, but you have to think they are going to get better as they go along. This is the big one for Ivory Coast, so does Didier Drogba start? It's a big decision for Sven, but he has to go for it - and even then it might not be enough. Brazil 2-1 Ivory Coast KEITH: I think this could be the match of the tournament for either fabulous football and great goals or a plethora of cards - or even both! I will be on my way to Ireland for a Tight Lines shoot so I won't find out I'm right about the first two until I'm watching the third - with a pint of the black stuff in my hand. Brazil 3-2 Ivory Coast
