Levein wants Balkan friendly in World Cup preparations
Scotland boss Craig Levein is lining up a friendly against Slovenia ahead of their World Cup 2014 qualifying campaign.
It is understood the Scottish FA is holding talks with their Slovenian counterparts about travelling to the Balkan country next February.
Levein wants to use the match as preparation for a World Cup qualifying group which includes Slovenia's neighbours Serbia, Croatia and Macedonia.

Ales Zalar, general secretary of the Slovenian FA, said: "They want to play against a team which has a similar style of play.
"We are in the middle of conversations and a decision will be made soon."
The Scots' last trip to the former Yugoslav republic saw them record a 3-0 win in a World Cup qualifier under Walter Smith in October 2005.
