Dutch midfielder Willie Overtoom has applied for a Cameroonian passport in order to switch international allegiance.
The 25-year-old was born in Cameroon, but he was raised in Holland and has played for Holland at youth level.
He has now asked to represent Cameroon and he attended their last match with Morocco.
"I have started the procedure to request a Cameroon passport. If everything is worked out I could have my first cap in February," he said.
'I have spoken a lot with Eyong Enoh (Ajax midfielder) and had a good meeting with coach Denis Levange."
