Surprise semi-final qualifiers Antigua and Barbuda must overcome the United States and Jamaica to reach the final stage of qualification for the 2014 World Cup.

Antigua and Barbuda pipped Haiti to top spot in Group F despite suffering a 2-1 defeat by the group favourites in their final match.

Jamie Thomas gave the visitors an early lead as they looked to complete the group campaign with their perfect record intact, but second-half strikes from Haiti duo Judelin Aveska and Kervens Belfort Fils turned the game on its head.

CONCACAF third round groups:
Group A: USA, Jamaica, Guatemala, Antigua and Barbuda Group B: Mexico, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guyana Group C: Honduras, Cuba, Panama, Canada

Also in Group F, Curacao completed their campaign with a 6-1 thumping of bottom team the US Virgin Islands.

The draw for the next stage has pitted Antigua and Barbuda in Group A alongside the USA, Jamaica and Guatemala, who beat Grenada 4-1 to maintain their 100 per cent record.

Meanwhile, Belize won 2-0 in St Vincent and The Grenadines.

Guyana joined Antigua and Barbuda in being surprise qualifiers for the next stage after ousting Trinidad & Tobago from the competition.

Trinidad did end the group with a 2-0 win over Guyana following second-half goals from Kenwyne Jones and Lester Peltier.

Guyana will now meet Mexico, Costa Rica and El Salvador in Group B in the next round, with the latter having beaten Suriname 4-0 on Tuesday thanks to braces from Osael Romero and substitute Rafael Burgos.

Group C will comprise Honduras, Cuba, Panama and Canada, who secured a comfortable home win over St Kitts and Nevis through goals from Olivier Occean, Dwayne De Rosario (penalty), Josh Simpson and Tosaint Ricketts.

Panama, meanwhile, also closed out the campaign in style with a 3-0 home triumph over Dominica, thanks to goals from Rolando Blackburn, Ricardo Buitrago and substitute Blas Perez.
