Ivorian focused on battle

Valenciennes star Siaka Tiene admits he would love the chance to ply his trade in England. The Ivory Coast international has impressed hugely this season and reports in France suggest two English clubs have been watching him. Tiene, though, is concentrating on his role with Valenciennes and he is delighted just to be performing well for them. "I am really happy we have moved away from the relegation zone," Tiene told skysports.com. "However, we are still around there and we need to try and get away and make sure we stay in Ligue 1." Tiene admits he could soon be ready for the challenge of the Premier League. "I've played in Belgium and in France, the Premier League will be fantastic to join," he said. "I have heard that I have been looked at by some clubs from there, but who knows - at the moment I need to help Valenciennes to stay in this division and at the end of the season we will see."
