Monaco coach Didier Deschamps was fuming with the referee for denying his side a winner against Paris Saint Germain.

The league leaders were held to a 1-1 draw at home by their capital opponents on Friday evening but Deschamps was unhappy with a disallowed goal in the second half.

Sebastien Squillaci, who scored in the first half, had his effort ruled out for offside despite television evidence indicating the goal should have stood.

Deschamps castigated the officials for the decision which he felt cost his team a deserved three points.

"Of course there is frustration, above all when you score a valid goal," said Deschamps.

"My players did what they had to do against PSG. It is difficult to explain that draw to the players who were the victims of unfairness.

"Seeing such refereeing mistakes at such a level₻We should have won that match."

Meanwhile, Monaco's out-of-favour striker Souleymane Camara is being tipped to move to Guingamp before the close of the transfer window.

The Senegal international is expected to sign a two-and-a-half-year contract with Guingamp to end his search for regular first-team football.
