Stevenage have confirmed that attacker Lucas Akins has been placed on the transfer list.
The 25-year old has made 86 appearances and scored 14 goals for Boro since arriving from Tranmere two seasons ago but chairman Phil Wallace revealed that Akins wishes to move on following the club's relegation to League Two. "Lucas triggered his option year automatically last season with the number of games he played," he told the club's official website. "He now feels it's time to move on and if we get the right fee then that can happen."
