Rotherham goalkeeper Scott Shearer is confident ahead of the new season and has set his sights on winning the League Two title.

Former Crawley keeper Shearer, who signed a two-year deal with the Millers in May, is one of nine summer signings made by manager Steve Evans as the club prepare for their first season at New York Stadium. "I've been very impressed, it's a very strong squad," Shearer told the club's official website. "We have a goal to win the league this year and people in the football world are taking a look at Rotherham, with the signings we have made. "We're a professional club from top down. We want to win the league and will put pressure on ourselves as we don't want to fail. "The stadium and training ground blew me away to be honest, so it was an easy decision to make to come here."
