Shrews stalemate irks Turner

Image: Turner: Not happy with result

Shrewsbury boss Graham Turner was disappointed his side could not take advantage of Rotherham's lack of confidence in their 1-1 draw.

Shane Cansdell-Sherriff volleyed home just before the interval to cancel out Lewis Grabban's 22nd-minute opener from 30 yards for the Millers. Turner said: "We just lost a little bit of spark and I don't know why. We had opportunities to break out, we had opportunities to put people in. "It was a hard game, but Rotherham are short of confidence and needed a win and we were short of confidence and needed to put things right, so the result was a poor game. "There is not a lot you can do about a goal from 30 yards, but we lost the ball cheaply on the halfway line. "Our equaliser, when it came from Shane Cansdell-Sherriff, was very well taken. But overall we have got to be reasonably satisfied with a point. We know its not been the best of games but it's given us a platform to move on from here."
