Dagenham have been successful in their appeal against the red card received by Damien McCrory at the weekend.
The Irish left-back was sent off in injury time against Plymouth after bringing down Isaac Vassell in the penalty area.
Simon Walton scored the resulting penalty to give Argyle a 3-2 victory.
While Daggers boss John Still admitted the award of the penalty was the correct decision, he disputed that Vassell had been denied a goalscoring opportunity and an appeal on those grounds has proved successful.
McCrory's red card has been rescinded and he will be available for Saturday's home match against Aldershot.
