Burton boss Paul Peschisolido has hailed the progress made by young winger Jimmy Phillips.
The 21-year-old former Stoke trainee has featured in 11 of Albion's 13 League Two matches this season, starting on eight occasions.
Phillips' form was consolation for Peschisolido as Burton fell to their first home league defeat of the season against Cheltenham on Friday night.
"I thought Jimmy was excellent and he picked up the man of the match award. He was busy and he was probably the only one who looked like he was going to make something happen," Peschisolido said.
"At the moment, he seems to be getting better and better with each game. He is a young lad who we have kept in at the moment week in and week out, so the run of games has helped him. He is a super lad with a great attitude."
