Peschisolido happy to sign striker from League Two rivals

Burton Albion have signed striker Billy Kee from League Two rivals Torquay United for an undisclosed fee. Kee has agreed a two-year contract at the Pirelli Stadium and is in line to make his Brewers debut in Saturday's game at Accrington Stanley, where he previously enjoyed a spell on loan. The Northern Ireland Under 21 international joined Torquay on a two-year contract from Leicester City last summer and scored in a 3-3 draw at Burton in April. He also featured in the 2-2 stalemate with the Brewers on the opening day of the new season and has now linked up with Paul Peschisolido's side. Brewers boss Peschisolido told the club's official website: "It's a great boost to be able to add a player like Billy Kee to the squad. "He's a player with a good amount of League Two experience now and somebody who I have admired during my time as a manager so far. "He offers something different to what we have already which is important and I'm sure we can expect plenty of goals from him this season."
