St Johnstone boss Steve Lomas has been warned by the SFA for his actions during last month's defeat to Hibernian.
The St Johnstone manager was hauled before a Scottish Football Association disciplinary tribunal after he was sent to the stands during a 1-0 home defeat.
Lomas' offence was kicking a water bottle carrier, sending bottles flying towards the stands, and there were fears he could receive another touchline ban.
But the panel opted for a "severe censure" rather than add to the eight-match suspension Lomas is currently serving.
That sanction came after he was found guilty of using foul and abusive language to a match official, an offence which led to a six-game ban and activated a suspended two-match ban for a previous misdemeanour.
