St Johnstone boss Steve Lomas has been named Clydesdale Bank SPL manager of the month for September.
Lomas picked up the award after leading his side to three wins and a draw during the period.
After taking just one point from their opening four fixtures, Saints kicked off the month with a goalless draw at home to Dundee United.
Their season really took off with a 2-1 victory over Celtic at McDiarmid Park and wins over Ross County and Dundee lifted them to seventh place in the table.
Speaking to Sky Sports News, Lomas said: "It has gone really well for us recently after the tough start to the season.
"I always thought the performances warranted a few more points and obviously the Celtic game was the catalyst for our good run.
"To follow that up against Ross County who were unbeaten in 40-odd games was great, especially as we were down to 10 men for the last half hour.
"This award is all down to the lads who are a great bunch of professionals and they deserve this more than me."
