Saints missing duo

St Johnstone boss Steve Lomas will be without two players for Thursday's Europa League qualifier first leg against Eskisehirspor.

Tade and captain Mackay will not face Eskisehirspor

St Johnstone boss Steve Lomas will be without two players for Thursday's Europa League qualifier first leg against Eskisehirspor. Striker Gregory Tade, who was recently signed from Scottish Premier League rivals Inverness, has not recovered from a hamstring strain. Lomas said: "Greg had been showing up well in training. It's a significant blow." Tade will be joined on the sidelines by Saints skipper Dave Mackay who has a niggling problem ahead of the tie. Mackay had been handed the captain's armband after the summer exit of midfielder Jody Morris, who moved to Bristol City. In the 32-year-old defender's absence, new vice-captain Murray Davidson will be handed the armband in Turkey.
